Meet Our Teacher

Teresa Hadyka, ELA Teacher

Teresa was homeschooled and grew up in Virginia Beach. She thought she’d stay in Virginia forever! That is, until she met a submariner who soon became her husband. The Hadykas added an awesome dog, Ranger, to the mix when they transferred to Charleston, SC, and an even more awesome daughter, Giovanna, with a transfer to Groton, CT.

Teresa spends her days staying home with her toddler, finding all the best parks, hiking, reading on the beach, and wandering around Costco.

Masters in Elementary Education from Old Dominion University
Taught 5th grade Language Arts for seven years.
